ImageHere comes that déjà vu again!  On the heels of “Shoot ‘em Up,” which opened with a pregnant woman fleeing gangsters, comes “Eastern Promises,” which also opens with a pregnant woman in distress, although her gangsters don’t appear until later.  Like “Trade,” opening a week later in many cities, “Eastern Promises” is about international traffic in sex slaves.
